I just went to do the survey. It asked for the store and then thanked me. I wasnt asked for the date or what my experience was. This store 0745, order 12579 on 2/28/17. I had done the survey so I had a free entre coming. I entered the restaurant at 12:04 pm. I ordered the 2-Item Combo, Firecracker Chicken and the Angus Beef, and the shrimp for my free entre (3 pieces of shrimp is considered an entre????). All 3 were empty (rememberits 12:04lumchtime), so I was told it would be 5 minutes. I was rung and paid at 12:14 pm. I got my food at 12:22 pm. From start to finish, it took me 18 minutes. This is an ongoing problem for this store. Does anybody read these surveys? I complain about the same thing for this store, yet there is no change. Always waiting for my food. I dont have this issue with your other Pandas, but this is the one I go to for lunch during the weekdays. They dont ask for new food until someone asks for something that is out or almost out. They know its lunch. They know they are going to be busy. They know they are out. Ask for new food sooner!!! I think I deserve a free lunch. Is anybody going to send me a coupon for a 2-item combo? I bet not, because I dont think anybody even looks/reads these surveys!!

Were very sorry to hear this. Certain restaurant locations do tend to get quite busy around lunchtime. Unfortunately, if it is a smaller restaurant in a busy area, theres not much they can do about it. We recommend contacting the customer service department to report this issue.

store 0689 manager very kind and a gentle spirit about her always pleasing the customers goes from table to table to ask if all is ok. i told her about my friend crystal in the burn unit in bakersfield ca she said she would keep her in her thoughts and prayers and we are going today sunday to pick crystal up from the hospital and we are stopping be the restaurant on rosedale in bakersfield ca i called the manager named munira, she is a dear woman and she said she will have food ready for us when we come. please if any way u could give her a promotion and make her field manager she is a dear person and has great organized skills with employees, as well as customers very hospitatable, you need more of these special people at your restaurant. p.s. we usually eat here at rosedale bakersfield 0689 store, 1 to 2 times a week. we love the food.

I am very satisfied with your restaurant. But when i took your survey & followed the instructions to copy it to yelp, I could not get back to get my code . So lost out on the redemption. I will not help you on Yelp again. Bummer!
