Customer Service Representative – 5

Good starting point. Stepping stone.

Owner CJ – Great guy when hes not under pressure

Art director – One of the most amazing people ive met so far

Upper Management – Sucks unfortunately

I enjoy working for the company as it has given me opportunity to grow into multiple different positions. At times it can be stressful due to long hours, though this is the nature of the industry.

Providing customers with the products they want through the warehousing and production facilities. From in loading containers on the docks and putting the product away in the warehouse to filling orders for production and shipping the orders to the customer

Warehouse & Receiving, Quality Control

a typical day at work: Quality Control, Warehouse & Receiving, Picker, Check each merchandise Before moving on to production, Drive forklift, Cherry Piker. Good team work and good communication.

Would not recomend, favoritism played a big part in who got hired on permanently. They seemed to desire the laziest workers in the packing room. Management lacks people skills.

Hit is a high stress environment. Never do you walk into work and feel that you matter. There is a very bad feel to the entire company. People spend their days wondering if they will be let go that day.

A job safe place to work a real friendly environment.

I learned how important it was to scan everything you move so inventory can be correct

Listen to the people in the environment

Pay attention to what the managers are saying about the company. If top managers are stating things about the top management then you are smart to head what you are hearing.

I enjoy my job as a dock guy, when everything is running smoothly and no one is in the way everything is fine, but sometimes we get people who dont know what to do really slows things down

Customer Service Representative, Graphic Design

This company is harsh, they dont care about you as a person. They are about a body in a seat. They dont care about your personal life or your family. If you need a personal day for your kids, you risk job security. They find minimal reasons to get rid of people and they have a quick turn around on employees.

largas horas de trabajo y poco salario

no existe posibilidad de mejorar en cuanto a salario

Decent place to star working if you just arrived to the U.S. the salary is low but it is a stable place an your job is almost secure. no big complains over all

nice place to work, everyone very friendly and helpful. great benefits and health care. no stress very laid back as long as you got your work done. family oriented.

Productive work placeamd great people to work for . Friendly working environment. Great benefits.overall great place to work. I would highly recommend working at hit to anyone.

too stressfull to work on this place, and pushing people like slaves, n consideration on their employees, for a low paying job they push too much and not care at all

Work with different people. I worked as a stocker and it went well. nothing so difficult. enjoy working there and had great management. Good place to work.

busy work place with lots of help from management

I loved working at Hit. The only reason I left was because I got married and had to move out of the city. If I had a chance to work there again I would.

This is place to go work if you cant really find much else, its not a welcoming job area, the factory in which you work in is very hot and filled with 400 other employees.
